At Ruth’s Kingdom, customer satisfaction is our priority! Since all our creations are custom-made with great care, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.
Final Sale Policy
All custom creations purchased from our store are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Since each order is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges for Size Issues
We understand that finding the right fit is essential. If your item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to the following conditions:
1. Condition of Items:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
2. Exchange Timeframe:
- Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
3. Availability of Sizes:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution.
4. How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at ruthskingdomthreadsllc@gmail.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange.
- Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will promptly resolve the issue and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
Consultation Fees and Policy
Since we offer personalized custom creations, all orders require a consultation before production begins.
- Consultation Fees: All consultations require a non-refundable fee, as listed on our website.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- Missed Appointments: Missed consultations without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
